My PT Hub

My PT Hub has three plans:

Add-ons on Premium are a custom branded app ($95 one-time), additional trainers ($10/mo each), a white label app with an App Store listing ($145/mo), Check-Ins AI ($12/mo), and Zapier ($19/mo). Full breakdown: My PT Hub vs Trainerize.

How to pick

  1. Count your active clients today and in 12 months. Per-client tiers (Trainerize, Everfit) reward small rosters; a flat unlimited plan (My PT Hub Premium) rewards big ones.
  2. List the extras you’ll actually use: in-app payments, a branded app, extra coaches, video calls. Price them as add-ons where they aren’t bundled.
  3. Check billing terms. Annual pricing is cheaper on all four, but refund rules differ: TrueCoach offers a 90-day guarantee on first-time annual plans, and Trainerize says it doesn’t give refunds.
  4. Plan your move. Ask the new platform how it imports clients and programs before you cancel, and keep your old account until clients have moved.
